Deburring Tools

Specialty cross hole deburring tools are designed to remove stubborn burs from hard-to-reach areas created by cross-drilled holes. Available in four shapes—Oval, Cross, Ring, and Thin—with various diameters, these rods cater to different hole sizes. Made from slightly flexible twisted piano wire (0.027” in diameter), they provide an aggressive yet controlled cutting action, ideal for harder metals like steel. Best used with a rotary power tool, each rod features a 3mm shank diameter and measures 4” in overall length.
